How To Make Dhokla For Your Dog?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup yoghurt
Instructions:
- Take a bowl and  take chickpea flour,water,salt and youghurt in it .Mix this well so that no lump is present in it. Now keep it aside for 10-12 minutes.
- Now heat a pan or cooker by pouring some water in it and place a stand in it.
- Take a cake moulder and grease with some ghee that batter does not stick to the mould.
-  Now add this bowl mixture in it and give a gentle tap so that batter spreads evenly.
- Place the cake moulder above the stand and cook it in the steam for about 20min.
- Now first allow it cool down first and then demould it, with the help of a knife .
- Cut the dhokla into square pieces and it is ready to serve to your furry friend.  Enjoy!!
