Things You Should Know before getting
(Is it the right pet for you?)

1. As I have said before they are hyperactive so if you are ready to wake up and go for long walks(4-5 km), play with them.

2. They are very driven.  Imagine that you have 3-4-year-old kid on caffeine 24X7 that’s Belgian malinois.  they will run around in your house like crazy.

3. It requires a lot of work along with a lot of consistency to keep them in check. But if you put in the right amount of work they can turn out to be great lovable obedient pets.

4. But,  if you don’t train them properly and do not provide any exercise they can turn out to be very disastrous. They will destroy things in your house, will chew shoes and will run all around. If you have a garden they will dig deep holes.

5. And last but not least you can not train them on your own you have to take them to a professional trainer who has the experience to train these breeds.

So, carefully think about whether you are ready to put in the work to make malinois your pet. If you are then, go for it.
